The women behind Be Her COllective
Be Her Collective is held by two women whose work meets at the intersection of movement, land & shared experience.
What began as a natural overlap between two different paths has slowly taken shape as a shared space:
where activation meets integration, and where women are invited not to become something new, but to return to what has always been there.

Suzanne — The Practice
Suzanne brings the energetic, transformational, and teaching heart of Be Her.
Through Kundalini yoga, meditation, and feminine leadership work, she guides women back into relationship with their bodies, breath, and inner power. Her work invites movement where energy has become stagnant and helps women reconnect to the clarity, courage, and vitality that already lives within them.
Her presence in Be Her offers the activation—the moment where something shifts, opens, or awakens.
She helps women rise.
Crystal — The Integration
Crystal brings the land-led, sensory, and deeply embodied soul of Be Her.
Rooted in seasonal living, ritual hosting, design, and the wisdom of the natural world, she creates the environments where transformation can be safely felt, integrated, and lived. Her work is less about performance and more about presence—tea steeping on the stove, bare feet on the land, long tables, horses in the field, the quiet beauty that allows women to soften back into themselves.
Her presence in Be Her offers the landing—the place where insight becomes a way of life.
She helps women return.
Together
Together, their worlds create something rare:
a space where women are both gently awakened and beautifully held.
One offers movement.
One offers meaning.
One opens the energy.
One teaches how to live inside what opens.
This is the heart of Be Her:
rise, land, and become.
