Each gathering is an invitation into something slower. Rooted in land, guided through movement, and held in shared presence.

No two are the same, but each is created with care–to offer space for what is ready to be felt, seen, or gently shifted.

Some experiences begin with breath, movement, and energetic awakening. Others begin around a farm table, in a field at dusk, with tea in hand and the quiet permission to simply arrive.
