Spring Emergence

a Be Her Collective Gathering at high meadow farm

There is a moment, just before everything begins to bloom,
when the shift is already happening…
but nothing is fully visible yet.

The ground is softening.
The light is changing.
Something beneath the surface is beginning to stir.

Spring emergence lives in that space.

Not the full expression.
Not the finished version.
But the quiet, honest beginning of what wants to come forward.

This gathering is an invitation to meet yourself there.

What this is

Spring Emergence is a seasonal women’s gathering held on the land at High Meadow Farm.

A space to step out of the pace of everyday life…
and into something slower, more intentional, more real.

Together, we’ll move through a gentle arc of experience:

  • guided meditation + visualization in nature
  • a seasonal Kundalini practice
  • a simple, hands-in-the-earth planting ritual
  • time for reflection, journaling, and integration
  • shared tea and quiet connection

This is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about creating the space to notice what is already unfolding within you…
and allowing it to land.

The experience

We’ll gather in the woods, seated in a circle, surrounded by early signs of the season shifting.

You’ll be guided inward through meditation and imagery rooted in the natural rhythms of spring—
inviting awareness to what is beginning to emerge in your own life.

Through kundalini movement and breath, energy is gently activated.

And then… we land.

Into stillness.
Into the body.
Into the moment where something can be felt, rather than rushed.

You’ll work with soil and seed—planting herbs as a quiet, tangible reflection of what you’re tending within.

There will be space to write, to sit, or to simply be.

And we’ll close together, grounded, with tea and a shared sense of presence.

Who This Is For

This space is for the woman who:

  • feels something shifting, but can’t quite name it yet
  • is craving slowness, depth, and time to actually feel
  • feels drawn to nature, ritual, and gathering with other women in a meaningful way

You don’t need to have experience with meditation or Kundalini.

You don’t need to “know” anything.

You just need to feel a pull.
