A Be Her Collective Gathering at High Meadow Farm
Saturday, July 25

There are many ways abundance shows up in our lives.
Sometimes it arrives quietly — as stillness, rest, breath, and the space to receive.
Sometimes it arrives with its hands full — through a garden overflowing with flowers and vegetables, herbs gathered in baskets, a long table set for dinner, and the feeling of belonging within a community.
This summer, we’re gathering at High Meadow Farm to experience both.
Summer Abundance is a seasonal gathering offered in two distinct yet connected sessions: one rooted in inner nourishment, the other rooted in the abundance of the land.
Guests are welcome to join us for one session or spend the full afternoon and evening with us.

Session One: Inner Abundance
2:00–5:00 PM
An afternoon devoted to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself.
Led by Suzanne, Inner Abundance is an experience designed to create space — space to step away from the demands of everyday life, return to your body, quiet the mind, and remember the abundance that is already present within you.
This session will include:
- Opening welcome and intention setting
- Kundalini practice led by Suzanne
- Reflection and journaling
- Spacious time for rest and integration
- Time to wander the farm, sit by the pool, or simply be
- Optional individual healing experiences
This portion of the day is not about doing more.
It is about receiving.
Resting.
Listening.
Letting yourself be held by the quiet rhythms of the farm, the summer air, and the simple permission to pause.
You’ll be invited to move, breathe, reflect, and settle into the kind of abundance that does not need to be earned.
Session Two: Land Abundance
5:00–8:00 PM
As the afternoon softens into evening, we’ll turn toward the land.
Land Abundance is a participatory garden-to-table experience led by Crystal, rooted in the beauty and generosity of the summer season.
Together, we’ll walk the farm and gardens, harvest flowers, herbs, and vegetables, prepare portions of our meal, and gather around a long table for a seasonal dinner celebrating what the land is offering.
Less demonstration.
More participation.
We’ll harvest together.
Cook together.
Set the table together.
Eat together.
This session is about simple pleasures: baskets of garden vegetables, herbs in your hands, flowers in jars, good food, meaningful conversation, and the grounding feeling of being part of something real and seasonal.
The evening will include:
- Guided farm and garden walk
- Seasonal harvesting of herbs, flowers, and vegetables
- Hands-on meal preparation
- A shared long-table summer dinner
- Herbal drinks and seasonal touches from the farm
- Time for conversation, connection, and community
This is not a formal cooking class or a polished farm dinner.
It is something more intimate and alive — a shared seasonal meal made with many hands, rooted in the abundance of the land.
